Have you met Jack Blakemore? Jack joined Mountain Brook Baptist on March 3, 2024. We hope you'll get to know him a little better through this latest "Meet Our New Member" blog, and that you'll have the chance to connect with him one Sunday in worship. 

Tell us about your family. My family is awesome. I have Maddie and Walt as my sister and brother and my mom and dad.

Where do you go to school? I go to Helena Intermediate School. I am in the third grade.

What led you to Mountain Brook Baptist Church? My whole family goes to Mountain Brook Baptist, including my cousins.

What is your favorite hymn? "Up From the Grave He Arose" is my favorite hymn.

What are some of your hobbies and interests? I play soccer, I take karate, and I like to paint. 

What is a fun fact other people may not know about you? I have a cat named Snape. I found him as a kitten in my backyard in the shed.
