Purpose Statement:

The Young Adult Ministry is designed with a purpose statement of "Builidng Foundations through Relationship and Spiritual Growth" at Mountain Brook Baptist Church. With this goal in mind, ongoing and topic-specific programs for Young Adults are evaluated and implemented using resources and activities to enhance the lives of young adults.

Please join us for a 5 week, in-depth study of Christ’s teachings from the Sermon on the Mount, led by Kristy Parrott. These words are challenging, inspiring, but most of all-- life changing. When Jesus first sat down to instruct his newly chosen disciples-- what did He say? What aspects of the Christian walk did He emphasize? What can we learn from these teachings? These are just a few of the questions we will address as we look at these familiar passages of scripture with new insight about applying them to our daily lives.

The study began Sunday, August 22 in room 4o2 and will continue through September 26.
