MEET OUR MINISTERS
Wayne has been with Mountain Brook Baptist Church since 2008. He is responsible for our High School and College Ministries.
Growing up in Chesnee, SC, Wayne was a member of Arrowwood Baptist Church.
From 2001 – 2002 Wayne served in the International Service Corps program of the International Mission Board in Cape Town, South Africa. After returning from South Africa, Wayne attended Beeson Divinity School where he earned his Masters of Divinity in 2007. From 2007-2008 Wayne served as an intern with Baptist Collegiate Ministry at the University of South Carolina.
He and his wife Mary have been married since 2004. Wayne enjoys reading, watching movies, playing sports, the South Carolina Gamecocks, and listening to good music.
