Builders For Christ
Builders For Christ - Our church, along with many others form the group called Builders for Christ. The mission statement for Builders for Christ is, “A network of Baptist Laypersons with a vision in their hearts to build churches for congregations who are actively leading others to know Christ as Savior”. The individuals who give their time and efforts toward these mission trips are a tremendous witness for Christ. The communities where the churches are built are shocked that people would give up a week of vacation to do manual labor and expect no payment in return. These mission trips are hard work, but they are also very rewarding. When you think of the lives that are changed, not only by the new buildings but also by our presence in these communities, it makes our labor worthwhile.
Sowing Seeds of Hope
Sowing Seeds of Hope in Perry County - Much Baptist heritage was born in Marion, Alabama. Now, our church reaches back to show love to people. MBBC members participate in the Sowing Seeds of Hope ministry to improve education, health, and economy.
