A COMMUNITY OF LOVING ONE ANOTHER

What does the future hold? What about new friends? Challenging Bible study? Productive ways of service? And frequent fun-filled activities? That’s right, all these are ahead  as you participate in all the programs/activities for ACTIVE Christian Living for adults age 55 and up. Join others as we strive to make 2017 a productive year.

Everyone in the church is eager to discover what ACTIVE Christian Living adults are doing. Ministries for this age group offer learning and serving opportunities. A special part of the ministries are the monthly luncheon programs held the second Thursday of each month at 11:30am in Heritage Hall. All adults age 55 and up are encouraged to participate for a time of good food, fellowship and an outstanding presentation by a guest speaker on topics of interest to this age group.

The Mellow Brook Singers rehearse each Thursday at 10:30am in Hudson Hall.  No audition required, just a love of music and the willingness to make a joyful noise to the Lord! Lunch ($6) is served each week following rehearsal.  Call the church office to get complete details on all the activities and to make reservations.

You can make a difference in the lives of others by being a friend, by sharing your experiences, and by making your "ACTIVE" years a time of learning and growing. The year 2017 will be a great year as ACTIVE adults resolve to be more productive by participating in the activities planned especially for adults 55+
